The Radavist 2025 Top Ten Beautiful Bicycles and Builder Showcase Awards!

Every year, we document and write about hundreds of Beautiful Bicycles. Our detail-filled galleries are the best and most thorough on the ‘net. So at the end of each year, we like to look back and compile a list of our Top Ten Beautiful Bicycles. For the Top Ten Beautiful Bicycles of 2025, we looked at pageviews, comments, and social media chatter from twelve months of content to determine what bikes best represent a calendar year at The Radavist.

To up the ante, we’ve included our Handmade Showcase Awards featuring bikes from the Made Bike Show and Bespoked. Let’s get to it!

2026 Cycle Atlas Calendar

We’re big fans of Cycle Atlas’ illustrations. Many of the bikes the French artist has drawn over the years, were pulled straight from the pages of The Radavist. Seeing art inspire other art is one of the best things about this website! For 2026, Cycle Atlas has designed a stunning calendar in A4 format (€20), featuring many bikes from our 2025 Bespoked DE coverage. Roll on over to Cycle Atlas to order!

We’re huge fans of Gustav “Dangerholm” Gullholm’s work. And while his pursuit of über lightweight bikes might not be our normal forte here at The Radavist, the customization that goes into each of his projects deserves recognition. John caught up with Gustav while shooting the 2025 Bespoked Dresden show and documented his latest feat, a gilded and heavily modified Scott Scale RC Drop-Bar 29er…

We’ve got a few more posts coming in next week from the 2025 Bespoked Dresden show, but all of our builder content has been posted. If you were one of the framebuilders we featured, your photos are available on The Radavist Dropbox. Our intention with documenting these sorts of shows was to supply talented makers with high-quality, beautiful photos to help market their practice. That means you can use them on your website, social media channels, for yourself, and your component marketing companies. These photos are all 2000 pixels wide at 72 DPI.

Bespoked Dresden was a phenomenal showcase, and the team running the show deserves their props. Well done to all!

We’d also like to express thanks to Brooks England for supporting our 2025 Bespoked Dresden coverage and to each and every one of you who signed up for The Radavist Membership. Without this joint effort between brands and supporters, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do, so thank you!

Bespoked is Going to Japan in 2026

Bespoked, Europe’s leading handmade bicycle show, is going global. In September 2026, Bespoked will launch in Osaka, Japan – a city long recognised as a centre of bicycle and component manufacture, metal fabrication, and craft.

Osaka sits at the heart of Japan’s bicycle manufacturing heritage. From the precision of NJS-certified Keirin builders, whose frames carried world champions, to contemporary builders, the region has a reputation for uncompromising quality and innovation. Today, that tradition continues through apprenticeships and the next generation of builders carrying the craft forward.

Bespoked Osaka will celebrate Japan’s vibrant handmade scene, while also welcoming Western and international builders to build a new frame building hub in Asia. This cultural exchange is central to the show – giving Japanese makers a platform to reach new audiences, while offering international exhibitors the chance to learn from Japan’s unique approach to craftsmanship, design, and cycling culture.

Exhibitors can register their interest now to receive updates on Bespoked Osaka 2026, along with discounted early-bird stand rates.
