Wolf Tooth Now Has Nine Colors For Its Bottom Brackets

Wolf Tooth has added five colors to its collection of bottom brackets, bringing the total number of color options to nine. This is for the brand’s BSA and T47 internal bottom brackets, which were first announced last spring in four colors. The five new colors are red, blue, gold, olive green, and espresso brown. This splash of color completes the Wolf Tooth Color Shop across its anodized inventory of pedals, headsets, and more.

Wolf Tooth’s bottom brackets are designed, machined, and assembled in-house at Wolf Tooth in Minnesota and are engineered to be smooth, durable, lightweight, fast, and serviceable in a home workshop. The engineers designed these from the ground/road/trail up with custom bearings, seals, bushings, and cups. The result is a sturdy, low-friction bottom bracket that doesn’t creak.

Stinner Frameworks and Wolf Tooth Partnership

Stinner Frameworks and Wolf Tooth Components have partnered to bring high-quality domestically manufactured parts to Stinner Select and Podium Series bikes. This partnership allows customers to select Wolf Tooth parts for their build directly through Stinner’s website, making color-coordinated upgrades simple. Taking the guesswork out of the process, consumers simply choose a color, and pre-selected components will be added as they build their complete Stinner or frameset.

Using Shopify’s Collective integration provides a seamless customer experience with a unified shopping cart and build process. When an order is placed, Wolf Tooth parts automatically ship to Stinner for final assembly before the bike is delivered to the customer. In addition to key Color Shop build components (headsets, seatpost clamps, bottom brackets, and UDH hangers), Stinner has full access to the Wolf Tooth catalog, enabling the addition of additional parts. These include chainrings, pedals, tools, and other accessories.

Stinner Frameworks and Wolf Tooth Components are excited to leverage the latest e-commerce tools and explore new levels of personalization for consumers looking to quickly and easily build a bike that stands apart from the crowd. Made in Santa Barbara and Minnesota, ridden globally.

Wolf Tooth EnCase Pumps for Schwalbe Clik Valve

Are you a Clik’r? No, not that kind of clicker, but a Schwalbe Clik Valve user? You may have noticed there were no trail pumps that ensure compatibility with the Clik Valve system, until now. Wolf Tooth just announced the first Clik Valve compatible pump. The brand’s EnCase line now comes with 30, 40, and 85cc options. Most of the components of the EnCase Pump are the same as the existing award-winning pumps that the brand first announced last year, with new parts that interface with the valve. Customers who already have our EnCase Pump can purchase a kit to convert the pump from Presta to Clik. The swap takes less than 30 seconds and can easily be swapped back to Presta.

Wolf Tooth UDH

Wolf Tooth just announced a Universal Derailleur Hanger today (UDH). Like other made-in-house items from Wolf Tooth, it is fully CNC-machined from aluminum. The Wolf Tooth UDH is compatible with all bikes that are designed for the SRAM UDH, as well as all drivetrains that use a derailleur hanger. The main point that will excite customers is the color options. The bolt and washer on our new UDH match the nine-core Wolf Tooth anodized color choices: raw silver, red, gold, orange, black, olive, blue, ultraviolet purple, and espresso.

Wolf Tooth Components Now Come in Ultraviolet Purple

Wolf Tooth Components first introduced Ultraviolet Purple alongside the Waveform Aluminum Pedal launch in 2022, and it’s also been available exclusively on the Ripsaw Aluminum Pedal since last spring. This Ultraviolet Purple is a deep, vibrant purple with tones of ruby and amethyst as the light hits it. As announced this morning, the remainder of Wolf Tooth’s frame components will come in Ultraviolet Purple as a permanent color option.

The parts included in this Ultraviolet catalog drop includes: all headsets, grip collars, seatpost clamps, centerlock rotor lockrings, headset spacers, alloy bar end plugs, ReMote levers, and anything else in the Wolf Tooth Color Shop. It’s a color that can’t help but grab attention on a bike, playing equally well with bright gravel sleds, vintage resto-mods, modern MTBs, and even aero road bikes.

Wolf Tooth EnCase Pump Gets Smaller 30cc Option

Wolf Tooth‘s award-winning EnCase pump line just got a smaller sibling. The Minneapolis-based manufacturer announced the EnCase 30cc pump today ($64.99) for those riders looking for an even smaller pump – compared to the 85cc or 40cc options introduced last year – in their riding kit or bag. This new little EnCase 30cc pump can fit the EnCase Tubeless Tire Plug Tool inside the end opposite of the pump head. Included with the multi-tools is a storage sleeve made of a durable rubber that prevents rattling while making a snug, secure fit in the end of the pump handle.

Retail pricing for the EnCase 30cc and 40cc pump sizes start at $64.95 USD, while pricing for the 85cc pump starts at $69.95. Prices increase as multi-tools for internal storage are added. The new Wolf Tooth EnCase Pump is available now on WolfToothComponents.com and with any dealer and distributor that stocks Wolf Tooth.
